KARACHI: The skipper International World XI Sanath Jayasuriya and South African and West Indian players left here Monday after featuring in two Twenty20 matches against All Star Pakistan team.
"It was great to play in presence of big crowd. We enjoyed in front of them." Jayasuria said prior to his departure for Colombo.
Pakistan deserved to have international cricket in their grounds," he added.
"We faced no security problem, enjoyed our cricket and Pakistan hospitality," International World XI Manager Jeff Miller before flying to Florida.
Other players, who left included Ricardo Powell, Steven Taylor, Jermaine Charles Lawson, Adam Sanford (West Indies), Lungile Bosman, Mthandeki Tschabalala, Andre Nel, Andre Johann Seymore, M.Hayword (South Africa).
Chief of coach the team and former West Indian Captain Alvin Kallicharran will be leaving for London after a couple of day in the metropolis.
International World XI was the first side comprising of former international and two current Afghan players which toured Pakistan for the first time in over three and half years.
