ISLAMABAD: Shazia Murree of leader of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) has said that the government has adopted reconciliation policy for betterment of the country.
Talking to a private television channel,she said that all the political forces in the country including PPP wanted free, fair and transparent elections and for the purpose all out efforts would be made.
She said that general elections would be held on time and also rejected the reports about delay in elections.
Replying to a question, she said that local bodies elections would be held according to the requirements of the Constitution.
She urged the media to highlight issues regarding public interest to solve the problems of commonman.
