KARACHI: Heathrow Airport authorities have announced passenger check-in baggage restrictions for returning passengers at London airport during the Olympic Games.
The limitations start from August 1 to September 30, a PIA spokesman said on Friday.
He said that all airlines including PIA have been informed that every passenger would only
be allowed two pieces of baggage.
Each additional piece shall be charged £25 per additional piece in addition to normal excess
baggage charges, if applicable.
The allowed weight for Economy Class for both pieces is 30kgs and for Business Class
Passengers 40kgs for both pieces.
