(Karachi) Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has confirmed that six people infected with coronavirus have died during the last 24 hours.

Addressing a media briefing on Wednesday, he said that 699 new coronavirus cases have been reported taking the provincial tally to 24,206.

He maintained that the total deaths has reached 380 in Sindh.

The chief minister said that 235 patients are in critical condition while 42 are on ventilators. The number of recovered people has risen to 9,270, he added.

Meanwhile, Sindh Government spokesperson Murtaza Wahab has said that 882 children under 10 years have contracted coronavirus in the province so far.
