Officials of Peshawar Electric Supply Company (Pesco) on Sunday organized open Katcheries (open forums) for the redresssal of public complaints across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. On the directions of Chief Executive Pesco Engineer Dr Muhammad Amjad open forums held by the Pesco field formations throughout Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. In this connection an open forum was held under the supervision of SE Swat circle in the areas of Swat Circle.
A large number of people attended the open katchery. The problems of consumers heard, discussed and solved on the spot. An open forum of Khyber Circle was held under the supervision of SE Tahir Jamal. Problems of over loading, unscheduled loadshedding, kunda culture, low voltage, and other problems were discussed in detailed and redressed.
An open forum of Hazara-1 Circle Abbottabad was held by SE Hazara Circle-1 Abbottabad Qazi Muhammad Tahir, Xens, SDOs and a large no of public attended the open katchery. People complaints were redressed on the spot.
Similarly an open Katchery of Hazara-2 Mansehra Circle was held. Xen, SDOs and general public attended the open Katchery. Complaints regarding shifting of complaint office, maintenance of Lines and other problems were discussed in detailed and redressed. Likewise, an open forum of Mardan Circle was held at Mardan City. SE Mardan circle Shah Ras Khan supervised open katchery. A large number of general public attended the open Katchery; problems were discussed in detailed and redressed.
An Open Katchery of Swabi Circle was held at Swabi, a large number of general public attended the Open Katchery. Problems were discussed in detailed and redressed. Another Open Katchery of Bannu Circle was held at Bannu. SE Bannu circle supervised open katchery. A large number of general public attended the Open Katchery; problems were discussed in detailed and redressed.
