The shilling at 102.80/90 per dollar, compared with 102.70/80 at Thursday's close.

NAIROBI: The Kenyan shilling was under pressure on Friday from end month dollar demand from merchandise importers and the energy sector, traders said.

At 1003 GMT, commercial banks quoted the shilling at 102.80/90 per dollar, compared with 102.70/80 at Thursday's close.
