PARIS: French farmers finished harvesting this year's soft wheat crop in the week to Aug. 12, farm office FranceAgriMer said on Friday.
Soft wheat harvesting had already been 98pc complete the previous week, the office said in a weekly cereal crop report.
Grain maize conditions were unchanged from a week earlier, with 60pc of crop rated good or excellent.
That ended a run of six weeks of declining ratings following summer heatwaves and drought in much of France.
