HAMBURG: South Korea's Agro-Fisheries & Food Trade Corp. has bought around 11,000 tonnes of soybeans free of genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) in an international tender, European traders said on Friday.
Some 5,000 tonnes were purchased at $619.87 a tonne c&f for arrival between Oct. 1 and Nov. 15.
Another 3,000 tonnes were purchased at $619.47 a tonne c&f and 3,000 tonnes at $637.00 a tonne c&f both for arrival between Aug. 1 and Sept. 30.
