Every year when Earth Day is celebrated on April 22, Google celebrates it with its Google Doodle. This year, it has celebrated the day by educating people about some of nature’s unique creatures.

To celebrate Earth Day 2019, Google created an animated slideshow Doodle featuring fun facts about six fascinating creatures of the world that dwell on Earth’s various environments ranging from high in skies to deep in the oceans.

The Doodle starts with a fact about Wandering Albatross, which has the widest wingspan of any living bird. It moves on to the world’s tallest tree, to the world’s smallest vertebrate, to one of the largest aquatic plants. The Doodle then goes further deep into a fact about one of the oldest living species and finally ending it with the world’s deepest cave.

If a person wishes to learn more about any one of the species, Google has given the option to simply click on the search icon on the Doodle and the search engine will redirect user to additional information. There is also an option to share the information on various social media sites too.
