ISLAMABAD: Indian analyst Prof Saleem Qadwai has appreciated improving Pak-India trade relations and said present century is of economy and good ties between both the countries will cast positive effects on political relations in neighbours.
Talking to Radio Pakistan from New Delhi, he expressed his pleasure over recent visit of Indian commerce minister to Pakistan and Islamabad's decision to exclude certain items from negative list meant for trade with India.
Replying to a question, he said majority of people on both sides of borders want good bilateral relations between two countries while only handful elements think negatively.
He said peace and stability are in the interest of both countries and their masses.
