Sir Viv thanks PM Khan; says PSL to boost Pakistan cricket
Cricket legend and the mentor of Quetta Gladiators Sir Vivian Richards, thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for thanking him, after Richards side claim their first ever Pakistan Super League (PSL) title after beating arch rivals Peshawar Zalmi at the finals on Sunday.
“Thanks a lot Imran. Your words mean a lot. This victory of the sport will only give Pakistan Cricket the boost they need to move ahead. God Bless you'll!” said Viv Richards in a message on social media.

“Congratulations to PCB, all the organisers & security forces for holding a successful PSL extravaganza in Pakistan. The Quetta Gladiators wrote down history as they beat 2017 champions Peshawar Zalmi by eight wickets to lift their first ever PSL title in front of sold-out crowd of 32,000 fans at Karachi’s National Stadium last night.
