Fawad Chaudhry quashes ‘baseless rumors’ of change in weekly holiday

The Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry refuted on Thursday the news of government considering a change in the weekly holiday.

The information minister took to his Twitter handle and wrote, "No change in weekly holiday calendar is under consideration, all such rumours regarding change in this regard are baseless"

Lately, rumors had surfaced that the government might announce a change in the weekly holiday so as to strengthen relations with Saudi Arabia.
