I would like to congratulate the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) for organizing FPCCI Achievement Awards 2019. FPCCI Achievement Awards 2019 will be a source of inspiration and pride for individuals and organizations that have performed in an outstanding manner in their respective fields during the year 2018.
At this moment, I believe that the contribution of FPCCI is highly appreciable in giving due recognition to the leading individuals and organizations who have made strenuous efforts in achieving their aims, objectives and targets. I anticipate that this ceremony will also induce the other individuals the same spirit to enhance their efforts and earn the recognition in coming years.
Moreover, I hope that the diversified activities of FPCCI will not only serve as an effective platform for projecting demand driven export products of Pakistan beyond our borders but it will also provide effective guidance to make Pakistan competitive globally. The role of FPCCI in socio- economic growth of country is commendable. However, the need of the hour is to adopt more eco-friendly and sustainable production strategies. FPCCI can play a pivotal role in achieving sustainable growth and preservation of environment concomitantly. Such a lead will also motivate the other organizations to embark upon the robust model of growth.
I am confident that FPCCI will continue to play an important role in strengthening commercial linkages with existing and new markets and also in harnessing the full potential of private sector. I congratulate the President, FPCCI and members of the Managing Committee for organizing such an important event in efficient manner by considering the merits to confer the awards. I also extend my felicitations to the award winners on their excellent performance and hope that they will continue their efforts for the sustainable growth and development of Pakistan.
