LONDON: Spain has attracted over 46 billion euros of demand for a new 10-year syndicated bond issue, with the order book set to close at 1030 GMT, according to a lead manager.

The country's debt agency announced a new 10-year bond sale via syndication on Monday, and launched the transaction early on Tuesday.

BBVA, Credit Agricole, Citi, HSBC, JP Morgan and Societe Generale are arranging the sale.
