Finance Minister Asad Umar-led Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) of the Cabinet will Tuesday (today) consider the approval of SNGPL as gas supplier for 1263.2MW RLNG-based public sector power generation project.
The ECC, which is scheduled to meet today will consider four items agenda including (i) release of funds for Puraman Balochistan Policy moved by Finance, (ii) supplementary grant for disbursement to families of deceased employees under the Prime Minister's Assistance Package, moved by the Petroleum Division, (iii) supplementary grant of Rs 11.441 million in respect of Ministry of Privatisation, moved by Privatisation Division, and (iv) ECC summary for approval of SNGPL as gas supplier for 1263.2 MW RLNG-based Public Sector Power Generation Project near Trimmu Barrage, district Jhang, Punjab, by Punjab Thermal Power (Pvt) Limited.
