Russia raises 2018 budget surplus forecast to 2.5pc of GDP from 2.1pc

MOSCOW: Russia's Finance Ministry has raised its forecast for the 2018 budged surplus to 2.5 percent of gross domestic product from 2.1 percent of GDP, Deputy Finance Minister Vladimir Kolychev said on Wednesday.
