HAMBURG: Syria's state grains agency has issued an international tender to purchase and import 200,000 tonnes of milling wheat, European traders said on Monday.
Deadline in the tender from Syria's General Establishment for Cereal Processing and Trade (Hoboob) is also Monday, Oct. 15, traders said.
