Prices higher on grain market

Most of the commodities tended higher on the wholesale grain market on Saturday in the process of trade, dealers said. On the cereals side, Makai low type was up by Rs 250 to Rs 3000 while the best type gained Rs 185 to Rs 3060, other commodities held the overnight levels, they added. On the seeds side, Til Regular low type was inert at Rs 3500 while the good variety rose by Rs 300 to Rs 3900, cottonseeds oilcake with bag Sindh low variety was unchanged at Rs 2000 and the good variety was up by Rs 50 to Rs 2100, they said. Prices were unchanged on the grams and rice sectors, they said.
