Democracy is under threats due to negative policies of the federal government of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz, said Najmi Alam, president PPP Karachi chapter. Waqar Mehdi, Rashid Rabbani, Iqbal Sandh, Latif Mughal and Sardar Mir Hyder were also present on Sunday while addressing a protest demonstration outside the Karachi Press Club.
They said that due to the policies of PML-N, threats are being created for democracy. We want that the PML-N's Government completes its tenure but PML-N runs the government like dictatorship, they said. They alleged that PML-N targeted PPP workers in Kotli to take revenge. They demanded to arrest culprits and set up a judicial inquiry into Kotli incident.
