Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and LGS Defence International Degree Programme (LGS DIDP) which is a sister concern of Lahore Grammar School Defence, Lahore signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to work towards the advancement of the finance profession in Pakistan. This arrangement would provide an opportunity for individuals of ability to pursue a globally relevant qualification to enhance their future career prospects and will ultimately develop the accounting profession in Pakistan.
LGS Defence International Degree Programme (LGS DIDP) has established itself as a leading institute providing world class education and an environment that grooms and polishes every individual. The main feature of this MoU involves supporting LGS Defence International Degree Programme (LGS DIDP) in offering the tuition of ACCA Qualifications as an ACCA Approved Learning Partner through a phased approach. The tuition will be offered at LGS Defence International Degree Programme (LGS DIDP) campus situated in Phase V first, followed by other campuses in the cluster ie Islamabad, Quetta and Gujrat.
The MoU also involves facilitating a route for students studying towards the University of London International Programmes being offered at the LGS Defence International Degree Programme (LGS DIDP) to study the ACCA Qualification, including exemptions from up to ACCA papers F1 to F9 in line in with ACCA global accreditation policy.-PR
