Mian Fareed A Sheikh was elected president of Multan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) unopposed here on Monday, for 2015-16 term. Chairman Election Commission, Khawaja Muhammad Abdullah, while announcing the unofficial results said that Sheikh was elected unopposed as no other candidate submitted the papers for the slot of president MCCI. Mian Ata Shafi and Muhammad Tariq Khan got elected as senior vice president and vice president respectively. Syeda Afshan Gillani was elected on reserved seat of women entrepreneur, Chairman Election Commission said.
