Shehzad Ali Khan from Muzaffargarh district is likely to be elected Chairman of Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association unopposed (PCGA) for the year 2015-16 as no other candidate filed his candidature for this slot.
Chairman of Ginners Group Haji Muhammad Akram has thanked the ginners' community for reposing confidence into the Ginners Group and unopposed election of 15 members of the central executive of Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association (PCGA)against the 15 vacant seats.
Addressing a press conference along with his group member Shehzad Ali Khan, Sarfra Nazim Awan, Sheikh Muhammad Saeed, Aasim Saeed Sheikh, and others said that Ginner Group of Pakistan Cotton Ginners Association (PCGA) swept all the 15 vacant seats of Central Executive Committee (CEC) for the 8th time and elected unopposed because no other candidate turned up for the contest.
They are: Muhammad Arshad (Hasilpur)Khawaja Muhammad Arshad Muzaffargarh, Chaudhry Qaiser Mehmood (Rahim Yar Khan) Sheikh Ashfaq Ahmed (Burewala), Lado Mal (Sukkur) Bhagwan Das (Hyderabad) Qadar Bakhsh (Shujabad)Suhail Mehmood Haral(Lodhran) Girdari Lal (Sangarh) Fazal Elahi (Multan)Malik Muhammad Naeem (Mianwali)Malik Nazim Awan (Bahawalpur), Chaudhry Abdul Sattar(Bahawalpur)Shahid Ali Chauhan(Sahiwal)and Chaudhry Muhammad Akbar (Chichawatni).
