Cop shot dead in Bannu

Unknown armed men gunned down a policeman here on Monday and escaped the scene. The firing incident took place in Kaki area of Bannu where unknown armed motorcyclists opened fire at policemen. As a result of firing a policeman died on the spot while the attackers sped away from the scene after committing the crime. The police after registering a case against the assailants have started the investigation.
