Punjab Livestock and Dairy Development Planning Deputy Secretary Khalid Mahmood Chaudhry has been promoted to planning additional secretary in grade 19 by the Punjab chief secretary. A hand-out issued by the department said he is taking over the charge of his new office. He has started working on the Annual Development Programme.
