A challan of Ahmad Faiz, main accused in the Hajj corruption case, has been presented before the Supreme Court on Tuesday. A two-member bench of the apex court headed by Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali resumed the hearing of the case. During the course of proceeding, the investigation officer presented the challan to the court.
Deputy Attorney General Sohail Mehmood submitted a report to the bench about Ahmad Faiz, which stated that Special Judge Malik Nazir of the Islamabad District Court would hear the case against Faiz today (Wednesday). The court adjourned the hearing for two weeks.
