Two people including a woman were killed while three others were injured in separate incidents of violence here on Tuesday. According to police and rescue sources, Abdullah, son of Akhtar, was shot and killed by unknown persons in Landhi area. The body was shifted to Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre (JPMC) for medico-legal formalities.
In another incident, a woman, Shakila, daughter of Ali, was killed by unknown armed men in Mach Morr located in Baldia Sector, 19-B. The body was shifted to JPMC for post-mortem examination. Meanwhile, three persons identified as Ali, son of Shah Nawaz, Ataullah, son of Umar Zahid, and Raj Muhammad, son of Saeed Muhammad, were shot and injured by unknown persons in Site area's Pathan Colony. The injured were rushed to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital (ASH) for treatment.
