Chief Justice Peshawar High Court (PHC) Mazhar Alam on Tuesday said the court will give an ex-parte decision if Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and Speaker KP Provincial Assembly Asad Qaiser failed to show up on the next hearing. Hearing a case on Chief Minister's and Speaker's presence in a sit-in in Islamabad, Chief Justice PHC observed that the courts may stop the Chief Minister and Speaker from working if they didn't show up on the next hearing.
The case is being heard by Chief Justice Mazhar Alam and Justice Malik Manzoor. The court demanded a reply within the next 3 days.
