A contempt petition has been filed before the Lahore High Court against former law minister Rana Sanaullah for giving statement against Justice Ali Baqar Najfi during the inquiry held into Model Town incident. Petitioner Azhar Siddique Advocate submitted that the statement of Rana Sanaullah for filing reference against Justice Najfi was against Article 204 of the Constitution. He pleaded the court to initiate contempt of court proceedings against Rana Sanaullah.
