Chief Minister Punjab Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif here on Monday held separate meetings with heads and representatives of government and autonomous companies and financial institutions of China. On this occasion, suggestions were finalised for various solar and wind energy projects. Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal was present on this occasion.
Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said transfer of technology has been given importance in the development co-operation between the two countries. He said the Punjab government has started work on a modern solar park for getting electricity from solar energy in Pakistan. Punjab government is also spending its resources on the solar park project in Bahawalpur.
