Hamid Nawaz has been elected President Anjuman Rafah-e-Ammah a Community Based Organisation (CBO) working in Muslim Colony Jiamusa Shahdara Lahore. The CBO is running two dispensaries, a laboratory, a vocational school for girls and a library. It has also resolved the main problem of graveyard by purchasing a piece of land. It has also been solving a number of other problems of the residents of the area.
The election was held under the chair of a senior CBO member Malik Qamar. Among others Malik Sadiq has been elected as pattern in chief, Haji Manzoor Iqbal Pattern Nazir Khan Senior Vice President, Tariq Khan Vice President, Amjad Iqbal Janjwa General Secretary, Shafiq Khan Bahoo Deputy General Secretary, Liaqat Shah Treasure, Dr Rashid Deputy Treasure, Usman-ud-Din Information Secretary and Abdur Rehman as Office Secretary. At the end prayer was offered for the unity and development of the CBO.
