The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has prepared its first Mines and Minerals policy, which will be launched on July 07, in Peshawar. PTI Chairman Imran Khan will be the chief guest of the inaugural ceremony. Provincial Minster Mineral Development, Ziaullah Afridi revealed this in a meeting with KP Chief Minister Pervez Khattak at CM Secretariat on Thursday.
Provincial Secretary Mines & Mineral Development Mian Waheeduddin and other concerned authorities were also present. Chief Minister rejoiced that this unique policy is inclusive and coalescent in all respects that carried new trends for small scale mining as well as large scale mining will be encouraged for the first time besides announcing attractive incentives for the foreign investment for this purpose.
