KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 14.761 billion and the number of lots traded at 16,569. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 6.008 billion, followed by Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.994 billion), Crude Oil (PKR 1.834 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.788 billion), DJ (PKR 1.105 billion), Silver (PKR 872.433 million), Platinum (PKR 719.416 million), SP 500 (PKR 233.547 million), Natural Gas (PKR 118.762 million), Copper (PKR 54.032 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 31.678 million).
