KARACHI: On Tuesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 15.562 billion and the number of lots traded at 12,668. Major business was contributed by NSDQ 100 amounting to PKR 4.917 billion, followed by Gold (PKR 3.506 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 2.347 billion), DJ (PKR 1.327 billion), Silver (PKR 829.131 million), Crude Oil (PKR 692.110 million), Natural Gas (PKR 655.514 million), Platinum (PKR 625.225 million), Copper (PKR 339.860 million), SP 500 (PKR 302.839 million) and Japan Equity (PKR 17.817 million). In Agriculture Commodities, 6 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 4.357 million were traded.
