KARACHI: On Wednesday, at PMEX the traded value of Metals, Energy, COTS/FX and indices was recorded at PKR 11.530 billion and the number of lots traded 11,615. Major business was contributed by Gold amounting to PKR 3.359 billion, followed by Crude Oil (PKR 2.416 billion), Currencies through COTS (PKR 1.852 billion), NSDQ 100 (PKR 1.737 billion), DJ (PKR 526.334 million), Platinum (PKR 387.508 million), Silver (PKR 386.832 million), SP500 (PKR 343.411 million), Natural Gas (PKR 333.800 million), Copper (PKR 183.018 million), Japan Equity (PKR 4.520 million). In Agriculture Commodities 5 lots of Cotton amounting to PKR 3.469 million were traded.
