The world’s biggest tech conference, Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2018 finally came to an end after putting up a jaw-dropping show from January 9 to January 12 in Las Vegas.

Numerous new flabbergasting techs were disclosed and numerous rumors were put to rest, such as the launch date of Samsung Galaxy S9. However, CES was not only about phones. Here are some of the other techs that turned heads at the event.

Samsung’s ‘The Wall’

‘The Wall’ by Samsung was one of the center of attraction items. The massive 146-inch MicroLED bezel-less TV can easily be put up on your wall and let you experience the screen of your dreams. With the super-small LED lights, the brightness, contrast, color volume and color range would highly be advanced. The price and availability of the TV has not yet been revealed.

LG rollable TV

LG just revealed an impressive TV of the future that can go invisible. The 65-inch OLED 4K TV comes in with the feature to roll down into its base with just a push of a button. The TV will roll out when you have to watch it and then roll back to their box when turned off providing an impressive house décor too. The price and availability was not disclosed.

Some cool robots

As robots are growing technology, many of these types were unveiled at CES. One of the most popular one was Sony’s Aibo robot dog that can recognize faces, respond to commands, and also watch your home because of the camera in it.
Then there was Omron’s ping-pong robot that will serve as your partner in playing tennis and a new modern day robot that can dab with you. The Aeolus was another robot that can be a great help for the household chores. Mopping floors, rearranging furniture, washing dishes, the robot has got it all.

World’s thinnest laptop by Acer

Acer demonstrated the world’s thinnest laptop, Swift 7 Ultrabook 2018. The laptop features built-in 4G LTE connectivity, Intel Core i7 and is as thin as a smartphone. The laptop will be available by April 2018.

World’s finest VR headset by HTC

HTC’s Vive Pro is a virtual reality headset that made headlines at the CES. Being the world’s most premium VR headset, it has improved display resolution, sharper graphics and advanced pixel density. The headset also had built-in headphones for high resolution audio providing the best experience possible. The price and availability was not revealed.
