BEIJING: China's finance ministry said on Monday that it would reopen an issue of 5-year bonds, auctioning an additional 26.4 billion yuan ($3.98 billion) on Nov. 27.
The bonds will be issued from Nov. 27 to Nov. 28 and begin secondary market trading on Nov. 30, the ministry said in a statement.
