Rs2mn paid to each bereaved family of martyred APS students, employees: Senate told      

ISLAMABAD: The Senate on Tuesday was told that as per special compensation package approved for martyred students and employees of Army Public School Peshawar (APS), Rs 2 million was paid to each bereaved family by the Government of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa.

In a written reply to a question asked by Senator Nisar Muhammad, the House was told that a sum of Rs 191 million had been disbursed among 86 legal heirs of 22 martyred teaching and administrative staff by the Ministry of Defence.
