Bears dominate proceedings on ISE

Bears dominated the proceedings at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities showed negative signs under the lead of hot favourite amid decrease in the index. ISE Ten Index showed a decrease of 1.76 points, as the Index moved from 2,457.77 to 2,456.01 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 718,280 shares, as compared to previous volume of 582,335 shares. Total 160 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (87) closed in negative territory, 73 closed in positive territory. The volume of Shifa International Hospital was 300,000 shares. The volume of Lafarage Pakistan Cement was 103,250 shares. The volume of National Bank of Pakistan was 91,140 shares.
