The Balochistan High Court (BHC) on Thursday took suo motu notice about assassinations and throwing away bodies of three Baloch leaders Ghulam Muhammad Baloch, Lala Munir Ahmed and Sher Muhammad Baloch in Turbat, Pak-Iran bordering district. A division bench consisting of chief justice Amanullah Khan Yasinzai and justice Mehta Kailash Nath Kohli also issued notices to the provincial home secretary.
Police chiefs of Turbat and Panjgur districts and the concerned area SHO for April 16 after taking the notice of the heinous incident. The bench ordered the concerned officials to be present in person along with the record of the sessions court in which bail was granted to the deceased and investigation of the case on April 16.
