University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has displayed the first consolidated selection list of candidates seeking admission into first year MBBS in government medical colleges of the Punjab. According to the list, which has been displayed in UHS, all public sector medical colleges of Punjab and also on UHS web site, there are 1,862 open merit seats in 09 public medical colleges of the province, namely.
King Edward Medical University (KEMU) Lahore (262), Allama Iqbal Medical College (AIMC) Lahore (240), Fatima Jinnah Medical College (FJMC) Lahore (160), Nishtar Medical College (NMC) Multan (229), Services Institute of Medical Sciences (SIMS) Lahore (142), Punjab Medical College (PMC) Faisalabad (251), Rawalpindi Medical College (RMC) Rawalpindi (251), Quaid-e-Azam Medical College (QAMC), Bahawalpur (249), and Sheikh Zayed Medical College (SZMC), Rahim Yar Khan (78).
Last merit remained 87.4909 percent for KEMU, 85.9091 percent for AIMC, 84.8091 percent for FJMC, 84.60 percent for NMC, 84.4182 percent for SIMS, 83.70 percent for PMC, 83.6727 percent for RMC, 83.4545 percent for QAMC and for SZMC last merit remained at 83.3545 percent. Second selection list will be displayed on November 15.
