"I wish to extend my heartiest congratulations to Brigadier (R) A.S. Nasir, Chief Controller KBCA for launching a unique Exhibition on Housing Industry. I pray that this Exhibition will further build up a deeper understanding between KBCA, ABAD, Stake-holders and the people of Karachi.
The absent or out-dated infrastructure of Karachi is a resistance to growing Housing Industry. I will therefore request Government of Sindh to update the existing infrastructure and whenever new schemes are being planned layout a full - proof infrastructure.
It has been in my notice that Quality of Construction in High Rises, has been wanting in durability, appearance and of modern facilities. Let us therefor concentrate on a sense of Quality needs of buyers so that Quality of life is lifted.
In my capacity as Federal Minister I have been encouraged by the holding of international Housing Industry Exhibition and shall be more at your disposal to remove the frictions in way of provisioning of speedy, Quality and Cheaper Housing Units to people.
L consider this Exhibition a milestone in the history of Housing. In order to further appreciate this effort. I will be expressing my impressions in the Print and Electronic media.
