It is a personal privilege to congratulate my fellow countrymen on the occasion of Global Reach 2005, the first even of its kind in Canada. In many ways this is an historic event, one that formally confirms the impotence of global business and multilateral trade between like-minded friendly countries.
Canada has great potential in business and is fast becoming a leader country in technology as well. This conference will be a unique opportunity to observe the great technological advancements Canada has made and how the same will be benefits to many countries including Pakistan.
Developing nations may get benefits from Canada in joint ventures utilising these technologies for sustainable development.
Finally, I would like to thank Global Reach 2005 for its efforts to introduce such a worthwhile forum to Pakistani organisations. I congratulate the organisers and wish them success.
