Mohib Textile Mills of Muzzafargarh last buyer has filed with the Supreme Court request for review on its judgement ordering re-auctioning of the liquidated firm. Syed Ali Zafar and Haider Zaman Qureshi filed the review request on behalf of Harrappa and Greenhouse Textile Mills joint venture on Monday. They were instructed by Arshad Ali Chaudhary, Advocate on Record. In its judgement, the Supreme Court had considered Rs 1.81 billion as a low price for the transfer of Mohib Textiles to the joint venture companies, as various independent assessments had put the assets at three to four times.
