Afghan Foreign Minister Dr Abdullah Abdullah has termed his talks with Pakistani leadership as positive and result-oriented. In an interview with Voice of America, he said his talks with Prime Minister Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Foreign Minister Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri and Finance Minister Shaukat Aziz were extremely positive and result oriented.
Dr Abdullah said the talks between the two countries were held in conducive atmosphere.
Both the countries have agreed on more co-operation in all fields, he added.
The Afghan Foreign Minister said co-operation between Pakistan and Afghanistan was not only beneficial for both the countries, but for the entire region.
In response to a question, he expressed the hope that election would be held in time and efforts are being made for fair and free elections.
