Pakistan’s team manager for England tour, Intikhab Alam has expressed that the team is in good shape ahead of the four-Test series against England.
"The ongoing camp is a golden chance for the team to get used to the English conditions," said Alam, while speaking to local media news from Hampshire.
Pakistan is currently playing a 3-day practice match to acclimatize to the alien conditions. “It has been learnt that Mohammad Hafeez is doing good and he batted for 85 runs during the first of the three-day matches. Apart from Hafeez, the experienced duo of Misbah Ul Haq and Younis Khan are also looking decent with the bat,” he added.
The national side tour officially kicks off on July 14 at Lord’s in London. However, Pakistan is scheduled to play four-match test series, five-match one day international series and a T20 international on the English shore.
