Bulls return in driving seat on ISE

Bulls returned in the driving seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities scored handsome gains under the lead of hot favourite amid increase in index.
ISE network index showed an increase of 106.04 points as the rate-based indicator moved from 1,1213.88 to 1,1319.92 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 49,22,300 shares as compared to the previous volume of 50,51,100 shares.
Total 117 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Eighty-five gainers led the scene, 31 showed negative signs while one company remained pegged to its previous level.
The turnover of OGDCL was 3,010,500 shares as compared to the previous volume of 2,979,500 shares. The volume of PTCL was 1,089,500 shares. The turnover of Fauji Fertiliser was 274,000 shares as compared to the previous volume of 455,000 shares.
