Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued a stay order regarding an auction of properties of Abdul Sattar Lasi Group, according to a press release issued by a Senior Advocate Supreme Court, Wasim Sajjad here on Wednesday.
The court restricted Saudi-Pak Commercial Bank that it could neither transfer or execute the rights of property to the bidder nor could receive any amount for the properties already auctioned by the Bank on nominal prices.
The Bank will be fully responsible if any action contrary to the directives of the court, was taken which would be deemed as illegal and tantamount to contempt of court, the court warned.
