MMA and Islamic injunctions

The MMA, a so-called religious association, poses to be Islamic and religious.
But during the preceding one year, the MMA has done nothing except slogan mongering. Loud protests, walk-outs and boycott of the National Assembly and the Senate have only resulted in creating a hue and cry with desk-thumping.
They draw monthly salaries and emoluments and other financial benefits but these are not justified as they do not deserve them.
Their salaries and other benefits are not "Halal" as they have not done any thing fruitful for the masses.
They have yet to find some-one to act as a president to replace the late Moulana Shah Ahmed Noorani.
In the wake of the past history, of over one year how will they implement the Shariat and put a stop to "karo-kari" and other problems?
