US Treasury Secretary John Snow on Monday said speeding up global economic growth will be at the top of the agenda at an upcoming meeting of top finance officials from the world's leading economies.
"The need for increased global economic growth, by the way, will be the top agenda item at the upcoming (Group of Seven) meeting I will chair in Florida and the number one topic of discussion," Snow said in prepared remarks for delivery to a conference on entrepreneurial enterprise organised by the British Treasury in London. He spoke via a video link from Washington.
