Ever sent a message you regretted? Now, there’s a way to delete them before it reaches the recipient.
Every phone owner has to face this particular dilemma sometimes i.e. written a text message, clicked send and then regretted afterwards.
Finally there’s a way now to reverse your mistake just before the recipient reads it? How, you may ask, a new app has hit the shelves answering the questions we’ve all been waiting for.
According to Mirror Online, enters the ‘Protect Your Privates,’ an app which offers the much awaited security settings. If you've mistakenly sent a message you deeply regret, simply tap the 'recall' button and it just vanishes, magic isn’t it.
The app also erases your message from the server as well, which is similar to like you never sent a message at all.
As per the Inquirer, how the apple is able to do this? The answer is, the app comes with an end-to-end encryption, which deletes messages on both the users and recipients’ phones.
Also, if you're tense about the recipient taking a screenshot of one’s private message, then worry no more.
The report added, the new app also has a built-in function which disallows recipients from taking screen shots of photos and videos, while it also blocks the unauthorized sending and making copies of messages.
And finally, this app is currently available to download on iOS, and plans to extend to Windows and Android phones.
